Mansell made the step-up to car-racing in Australian Formula 4 at the end of 2019, the same year in which he was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. The following season, the New South Wales based racer travelled over 10,000 miles around the world to compete in the ultra-competitive British Formula 4 championship. Competing with one of the most successful teams in single-seater history, Carlin, he immediately made his mark with an overall victory in only his fifth race in the series.

There was more success to come, as Mansell stormed to a dominant title victory in the Rookie Cup with 14 class victories and 23 podium finishes in 26 races. For 2021, he stepped up to the pinnacle of the UK’s single-seater ladder in the GB3 Championship. Remaining with Carlin, an exceptional campaign saw him record two overall race wins to finish third in the standings.

Mansell made an exciting move into international competition for 2022, teaming with Motopark / Crypto Tower Racing to contest the Euroformula Open. A formidable force throughout the season, he recorded another top three points finish with three wins and 15 podiums to his name.

In the summer, Mansell also contested two rounds of the FIA Formula 3 Championship with Charouz Racing System. After a successful introduction to the Formula 1 support package, he joined the series full-time in 2023 with Campos Racing. A stunning maiden campaign saw him become a regular fixture in the top ten and score memorable breakthrough podium finishes at Silverstone and Spa-Francorchamps.

With that experience under his belt, plus a race-winning cameo in Formula Regional Oceania at the start of 2024, he's sure to be one-to-watch this year as he returns for a second FIA F3 campaign with leading squad ART Grand Prix.

He races with the crucial support of AJM Transport, Castrol, Vawdrey Trailers, Sargeant, Rush Performance and Infinity Sports Management, and is a proud member of the BRDC Rising Stars programme.
